I write to bring to your attention my satisfaction with the loft extension to my house completed by David Hiron and the London Loft Company (one of your members).
We did our research prior to securing the services of David and are happy that we did. Apart from being competitively priced, he and his team were polite, courteous, professional and competent. Most importantly from our perspective, we felt completely safe leaving them in our home unsupervised.
From a delivery standpoint the job was completed in 7 weeks, which was in line with expectations.
David and his team demonstrated that they understood the concept of customer care and tried hard to make the job as little of an inconvenience as possible. This included getting my neighbours on side.

I have a 10 year guarantee on this job. It remains to be seen whether we will need to fall back on this guarantee and whether if we do, the service provided will be as good as it was during the build. So far David has very willingly come around to deal with minor post build issues.

We were very happy with the job that London Loft Company did for us. The loft conversion was completed on time and the end result looks great.
