We are absolutely delighted with the end result and feel that it would be remiss not to make some mention of the quality, customer service, project management and the general approach Leigh had to the job. His work was always of the highest standard, attention to detail first class and he took a pride in his work as if it was his own home.

""I just want to pass on my thanks to all that work at London Loft Company for the fantastic service we have received from beginning to the end of our loft conversion at ** Woodcroft Ave, Mill Hill, NW7 2AG.

Starting with the Architect/ surveyor, David Rees who was extremely informative and positive but not pushy thus we thought totally trustworthy alas why we felt totally comfortable going with London Loft. To Dave and T.J the builders who I can not phrase enough.

Not only are they really nice, decent, trust worthy people. Their work was totally professional and they always delivered what they committed to and more, on time with little extras which just added to the excellent service they always provided.

So happens we have had a couple of teething issues, mainly with plumbing since the work is complete, each time Dave has had the plumber back immediately (called Dave last night 8pm and plumber arrived this morning at 8.30.) Unbelievable after care service. I cannot ask for more and wish I could be more articulate with my phrase.

The only thing that is a shame is we have already finished other building work in our house with nowhere near the same quality, cost and after care service but if we do need something we will certainly be calling and are certainly recommending you to anyone that asks.

So thanks to all. It's been an absolute pleasure!"

My Loft Conversion, undertaken by the London Loft Company, was completed in November 2007.

I am writing to commend your representative David Hiron who was most helpful throughout the building process. When he first called at my home in response to my initial inquiry to London Loft ( about the possibility of building my loft conversion ) I was very impress by the straightforward way in which he responded to my queries and concerns. His approach was influential in my deciding to commission London Loft as my builders.

His experience in loft conversions meant he could make practical suggestions and having implemented some of his suggestions I now have a more practical and attractive space than that drawn up by an architect I had employed.

I was also very impressed with the workmanship of the foreman Danny Burns ( and his team ) and he too offered practical advice that improved the overall layout of the loft. All the building workers were considerate and helpful.

When the tiling, flooring ect is complete I shall forward some photographs as it may be of interest for others to see what can be achieved within such a limited space.

I would be happy to recommend the London Loft Company to others considering employing the company.

Dear Dave,

We just wanted to say a big 'Thank You' to you and your team for our fantastic new loft conversion. We are so pleased with it. With three new rooms, it has made our house a third bigger for a start, and the standard of work is excellent. We even had a surprise visit from the FMB who wanted to check it, as you are a member, and they were very impressed too.

Your team were very obliging and reliable. They were here every day at 8am on the dot and they finished the job on schedule, in 7 weeks.

Every one that has seen our conversion has been amazed at the space it has created and at the price. We certainly couldn't have afforded to move to a house with two extra bedrooms and a second bathroom!! Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner.

We would definitely recommend you to anyone thinking of having a loft conversion done.
